Love Our Lurkers 2014

Hello everyone.

This is my second year to participate in Love Our Lurkers day (or two). To recap, I am 63 and have been married to Nina for the past 38 years. I asked her to spank me about 27 years ago. Nina is a vanilla girl but has become an excellent spanker. Although it has been 27 years, some years have seen more spanking than others, however, now that our daughters are grown and on their own, it is much easier to spank!

We are not into DD and a punishment spanking is rare, although is has happened. We mostly enjoy fun spankings with some acting; me as a naughty school boy and Nina as the principal. I ask for a spanking when I think I deserve one and Nina is most happy oblige. All of the spankings, including the fun ones are painful and I usually end up with a sore backside when she is finished.

I am a professional pilot and also a musician and I enjoy reading history. I tried my hand at writing spanking fiction and soon I will send the story to PK at New Beginnings  http://elisnewbeginnings.blogspot.com/ to see if she thinks it is good enough for Fantasy Fridays.

Like many I was a lurker for months until I de-lurked and eventually created this blog. If you have been lurking and are contemplating de-lurking you will not regret the decision. This is a really great community of folks. I have made some dear friends and find comfort and support ubiquitous.

Although Halloween has past, I am attaching these because I had intended to do so but forgot and didn't want to wait until 2015. Such is a conseqence of aging!

If you want to just say hi or perhaps ask me a question about spanking, airplanes, music, history or anything else, just comment. I would be happy to hear from you.

Days Past

I was recently staying at a Holiday Inn Hotel and decided to spend some time on the treadmill. On the wall were these two pictures and I just had to share them. I do not know who the photographer was so I cannot give any credit other than to say they were probably made for Holiday Inn circa mid 1960's. I apologize for the reflections, but unfortunately I was not able to turn off the lights or take the pictures down to do a better job. The second one reminds me of the old TV program "Route 66".

November Photos

Hello all. I am attempting a couple of videos this month. I hope they work!

I was flying home at 39000 feet and it was going to be dark by the time we landed. About 100 miles ahead of us we saw a line of thunderstorms between us and home. Our radar indicated we would be above the top of the storms, but it was quite a light show. The first video is from about 60 miles and then the second is closer to 30 miles and it has begun to get dark. It is quite a sight as you pass directly over the top and the lightning illuminates the entire sky below you! Mother nature is awesome!! Hope you enjoy.

Video below is on a descent from approx 7500 feet as we flew into the clouds. The only time you get a real sensation of speed is when you are flying directly above the clouds.

Punishment Spanking

Nina spanks me for fun and we enjoy an occasional scenario spanking. Those spankings are always administered bare and result in a red and sore bottom, however she almost never gives me a punishment spanking.  Two days ago however, that is just what I got.  

                                                                OUCH!

We were both in a bad mood when I got home. We greeted each other pleasantly enough and after supper turned on the television. Nina made a comment about the show we were watching. I did not agree and I told her she was being way too critical and reminded her it was only a TV show. She did not like that and we exchanged words until things escalated to a real heated argument. Stupid I agree now, but at the time I was not in a mood to be agreeable!

We finally settled down but really had not made up and that is how we concluded the evening. The next day I had the opportunity to reflect on my previous evening’s behavior and I had to admit I was wrong. I told her I realized I had been disrespectful and was making a big deal out of nothing. I said I was sorry for spoiling our evening and suggested perhaps a spanking was in order. Nina immediately agreed with me saying I had most definitely been naughty. I was ready to get it over with, but she said she was tired and we would wait until the next day. Was she tired; yes. Did she want me to have to have to anticipate what I was in for….again I suspect the answer is yes.  It is never a good idea to piss off your wife!
   
                                                      

The next day we were both off work and so she said it was time for my spanking. We went into our bedroom and she selected her large wooden paddle while I undressed. I bent over and grabbed my knees to await my fate. She started spanking my bare bottom with exuberance and very little rest between the spanks. After a while she stopped and I thought I was finished only to discover she was just resting and changing sides. She then started again and it wasn’t long until I was hollering and dancing while trying to stay in position. My posterior was feeling her wrath and though my bottom was on fire and I was hopping up and down exclaiming lots of “ow’s” and “that hurts”, I knew I was getting the spanking I deserved and thankful she made me wait and didn't spank me while she was really angry! I don’t think I want to find out what that would be like!

After what seemed like forever, she finally stopped and with a red and sore bottom I apologized again and thanked her for spanking me. She said all was forgiven and remarkably the rest of the day we were both in a really great mood. At the end of the day we even both commented on how much fun we had together and how much more agreeable I was after being spanked.

I told her when I am grouchy a spanking will instantly improve my mood every time. She said she would definitely keep that in mind. Perhaps a few punishment spankings will be happening now and no longer be such a rare occurence!

Hello all, I tried to load a video I took the other day but this was the best I could do re: how to get it to work. Me and blogger have not had a good week....or it may be my computer....or probably it is all me. I may need to ask for some advice (lessons) from Cat....she seems to know how to do it all!    

Last picture is not anything special, but I wanted to include it just for fun because it is me, Nina and our daughter on vacation. Never had tried parasailing before and it was actually a lot of fun.

Relationships, Community and TTWD

I saw this picture and it got me thinking about relationships. Sisters share a special bond. They may not agree all the time, or even often, but they share a bond that is forever.

We are all created with a need to find fulfillment. It is something we search for all our lives. Some believe they can find peace and happiness amassing possessions and wealth. I have known others who dedicate a life to their careers. Still others are dedicated to a cause, be it religion, righting social wrongs, or protecting the planet.  While we all choose a different life path, one commonality we share is a need for companionship. Friends, neighbors, family, lovers, acquaintances, competitors; we all have them.  

Sometimes we mistake harmonious existence as being the apogee of that which we seek. The Babylonians believed the natural order of the world was war and chaos. The gods created humankind to fight their battles and peace was an aberration. Seeing the condition of the current world it makes me wonder if they might not have been right.       

While I do not agree with Babylonian theology, I have found extended harmony is rare. We get upset with all kinds of things that are not really important. We feud with neighbors, get cross with dear friends and even alienate family. However, we cling to the hope that even when we are acting our worst, marriage will be our warming hut on top of the mountain and the hand we can reach out to when we are drowning.

 TTWD is something we choose to do in an attempt to make our marriages better; to improve communication with our soul-mate. TTWD is not for everyone, but for those in this community it is remarkable how it enhances communication and helps bind us together as in “two shall be come one”.  We need our friends, family, neighbors, acquaintances and even our competitors. However, in our life as we learn from and teach each other, our marriage partner will always be our most important earthly companion and TTWD gives us an advantage over those outside the community.

I have only been blogging a little over a year and I have met many new friends. Although no community is perfect I have found people here are kind, compassionate, caring, a little daring and exhibit a zest for life that is amazing! I really like hanging out here and just wanted to say thank you to everyone. You are all special!

Spanked for Upsetting Nina

I have to admit last Sunday I upset Nina. She and I got into an argument about how I behaved in church.  You see there are certain songs that I don’t like and when we sing one of those, I don’t sing. I simply stand there and look around. She said I was being irreverent and I embarrassed her. I responded that she was wrong, it was not irreverent and she was overreacting.

We exchanged words and I admit after the fact that she was 100% right. I don’t know why I was being such a pain, but I was and it made her feel bad. I apologized and she accepted my apology, but I didn’t feel like I deserved to be let off so easily.

I thought a lot about it and decided I should suggest she spank me.  As you all know I am the spanko in the family and Nina, while not a spanko, has agreed to spank me. She has gotten good at it but almost all of my spankings are for fun. We do an occasional scene like my pretending to be a naughty school boy and she the principal, but punishment spankings are very rare. I will attest that even though we spank mostly for fun, all of her spankings are real. While I look forward to them with great anticipation, once she gets going, my focus is 100% on my bare bottom and the pain being administered by her paddle.

I really expected Nina would think a spanking was a good idea and with a gleam in her eye off we would go to the bedroom. While she got her paddle I would undress to my underwear. She would sit on the edge of the bed and I would stand in front of her and once again apologize for acting like a jerk and upsetting her. I would tell her I deserved a good hard paddling and asked her to please spank me. 

She would pull down my underpants and instruct me to lay across her knees. I wold acquiesce and she would spank my bare bottom hard and fast. Soon I would be hollering and kicking my feet. She would stop for a moment and tell me to be still and take what I had coming. I would say “yes mam” and my paddling resume. With my bottom on fire and really wanting the spanking to stop, I would once again apologize and say how sorry I was for upsetting her.  She would say something to the effect that I was not yet sorry enough and keep on spanking. I would hollow and kick and plead but the spanking would not end until Nina was convinced I was sincerely sorry for my transgression and had received the spanking I deserved. Afterwards we would hug, I would thank her for spanking me and life would be good!

Well guess what, that was not at all how my bright idea played out! I apologized like planned and told Nina that I thought a spanking was in order but her reaction was not at all what I expected. I got the look! The look that says “I don’t want to be your mother who has to spank you for being bad”. “I am not really in the mood for this and I wish you had not brought this up”. 

After I saw the look I immediately said if she was not in the mood we could just forget about it. But she said no I will spank you and got her paddle. I said what do you want me to do and she said I don’t care, just lay across the bed. Definitely not happening like I imagined!

Well I did and she pulled down my underwear and started spanking me hard and fast on my bare bottom. I am not sure if she was mad at me for asking for a spanking or what but soon I was owing and hollering and she ended up giving me quite a spanking. My bottom was red and sore just like I had wanted, even though the road traveled to get there was not at all like I had pictured in my mind.    

The following day she had a change of attitude and apologized to me and said she was sorry and would be happy to spank me anytime I wanted. She said I just caught her in a bad mood. Usually after 38 years I can read her attitudes but boy did I misread her that day!       

I wanted to share with everyone this my latest misadventure, because even though I got the spanking I asked for, it was a far cry from how I imagined it would be. I am sure that has never happened to any of y’all!

I hope that everyone is having a fantastic change of season and will be able to travel to some exotic vacation destinations. As a pilot I have been blessed with the opportunity to visit many interesting locales experiencing the fun and excitement of new things and had the opportunity to meet some very interesting people. I thought I would share the most important thing I have learned from my travels. In the imortal words of wisdon published in 1900 by L Frank Baum and spoken by Dorothy back in 1939 "there's no place like home"!

Tornados, Keys, and Spankings

It was exactly one year ago yesterday the F5 tornado struck Moore, Oklahoma killing 24 and destroying over a thousand homes.

Yesterday was windy, but the skies are not filled with anything but blue. The two elementary schools which were destroyed are being rebuilt with a safe room for the kids and expected to open this fall. The majority of the homes have been rebuilt, but there are many under construction and the neighborhoods, while recovering, still show evidence of the carnage. The vast majority of the residents have no plans to leave and don't want to live anywhere else. Every locale has it's weather issues and so I along with all my neighbors will just march ahead watching and waiting for the inexorable next round of tornado's.


On a different note, I recently had cause to look-up the word "Key" and discovered to my fascination (note, only takes a little to get me excited LOL), that there are seven different meanings! They are:


1) LOCK - A small specifically shaped piece of metal you put into a lock.
2) IMPORTANT PART - The key part of a plan or action that will make it possible to succeed. The key to success...
3) COMPUTER- The buttons pressed on a computer keyboard  to operate the computer.
4) MUSIC - The wooden or metal parts you press on a piano and some wind instruments in order to make them play. Also, the key of a particular piece of music, Bach Toccata and Fugue in D minor.
5) MAP/DRAWING- A list of the signs, colors, etc used on a map or technical drawing that explains what they mean.
6) TEST- The printed answers to a test or set of questions.
7) ISLAND - A small flat island, especially one that is a part of a group near the coast: The Florida Keys.

(ok, I confess.  It was definition 7 for which I was searching bacuase I had a trip to fly some folks to the Florida keys last wekend!)


On the spanking scene, last week I asked Nina to spank me and with a mischevious look in her eyes said OK. We both agreed that I was in need of some chilling and so off to the bedroon we went. I got undressed and she got her favorite paddle.

I left my underwear on but to no avail because before she started they got removed! I positioned myself across her lap while she was sitting on the bed and Nina started spanking my bare bottom. Very soon I was hollering ow, but her response was "don't be such a wimp!" Gotta love that girl! After what seemed to me to be an eternity my backside was hot, red and sore. We then proceeded to have some other great fun on the bed! Amazing how a spanking can get you both in the mood for great sex!

I took this picture while visiting Tombstone, AZ; of Gunfight at the OK Corral fame. It was hanging on a wall inside a building and when I saw it, it instanly caught my attention. What captivated me was her expression. Who was she, what things did she like, and what were her dreams? I had the strange feeling that somehow I knew her! But she lived circa 1885 so that was impossible.

Looking at her reminded me we are only around for a brief period of time and then we pass the planet on to the next generation with their hopes and dreams for the future. 

There are tales of persons who say they lived other lives in other times. Could it be possible she and I had been a couple. That we had a great life together filled with love, laughter, dancing under the stars, and maybe even a little old fashioned TTWD! I know it is not logical, but when I look at her photo, I miss her!
